SMILE Services is a multi-purpose agency serving the community of Estevan. The objectives of the organization are:
*to increase public awareness of social needs;
*to increase citizen involvement and responsibility;
*to serve in the co-ordination, development and delivery of community
based services as needs arise, and
*to improve quality and types of services provided.
